Today is the first day of 2020 and whilst we’ve not zipping around on hover boards or ordering jetpacks from Amazon technology continues to change at a rapid pace. Mobile technology is now just a thing and as a result my interest in find out novel ways of getting things done has waned. This is why the output in 2019 of head4space was so severely lacking.
So What Next?
From now on, the focus of this site will centre around music, music technology and things that make interesting noises. Rather than shut up shop, I’ve decided a major pivot is required to make use of this little corner of the internet.
I don’t yet know how this is going to pan out, but I have lots of new kit I’ve been playing with such as the Behringer Crave and Arturia Microfreak, along with building a modular system. So, I’m pretty sure I’ll find some new and novel ways of making these boxes ‘sing’ which will interest others who are looking to explore music making with music technology.
And The Existing Content?
This will stay as is for now, it might get put to the side of the site in time, however as it takes time to build out the new content I’d prefer the site to be populated – than not.
