Some final thoughts for 2012

As 2012 draws to a close I wanted to reflect on a few things that have happened here at www.head4space.com towers.

Blogging got serious

This is the year I finally got into gear with the blogging and have managed to consistently produce content – sometimes not as much as I’d like but more so than any previous year.

I’ve done some paid gigs but nothing that I can retire on yet.

More content = More Visitors

As the volume of content has increased so has my visitor count. Older posts still get looked at whilst newer ones get views from subscribers and develop the blogs theme further. I started the year getting around 300 views per month and last time I checked it was over 1300 per month. I’m seeking a bigger audience in 2013 so if you want to read more about a particular topic then please get in touch.

Don’t neglect what you already have

I’ve spent some considerable time and effort in vain trying to improve the Page Rank of www.head4space.com. Whilst it does well in searches not many sites link to its content. What I’d forgotten about though is that another blog of mine www.klunk.org has a PR of 3, so I’ve started to write there too.

Looking forward

Looking to 2013 I intend to continue to focus on working paperless and have resolved to make great products. I’m particularly intrigued by this post by Seth Godin about not paying to advertise.

Happy New Year

Whenever you happen to be reading this I hope that you have a happy and prosperous 2013.
